Pulse PM began with a simple problem: a single timesheet process that was slowing everything down. What started as a small frustration quickly revealed a bigger truth, businesses were juggling too many disconnected tools, each solving one issue while creating three more.

With the help of experienced IT professionals and a finance lead with deep knowledge across HR, procurement, project management, and planning, we set out to fix it properly. Not with another one‑off tool, but with a smarter approach.

We imagined a system that didn’t force businesses into an all‑or‑nothing platform. Instead, we wanted something modular, a suite of tools that could work independently or come together as a complete solution. A platform that adapts to the way each organisation works, not the other way around.
